Where are you shipping from?
We are shipping all orders from the Netherlands.

How can I track my order?
After placing your order, we need 1-3 days to process. Once we’ve shipped your order we will email you your tracking information, so keep an eye on your inbox for alerts and updates.
- CANDLES AND HOME DECOR: Will be shipped within 2-5 business days.
- CUSTOM STAMPS: Will be shipped within 5-10 business days.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Unfortunately not yet, but we hope to do so soon! For now, we ship EU wide.

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?
Our packages are always beautifully packed and ready to gift. For personalized notes, send us an email together with your order number.

Do you use recycled or compostable materials?
Yes! Our boxes and wrapping paper are recycled, and our packaging filling is made from starch, meaning it’s water soluble and completely biodegradable. Simply run it under water and watch it disappear, or keep it around for your own reuse.
