Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t quite right—we’re here to help. This policy outlines everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and your rights as a customer.


1. Easy & Hassle-Free Returns

You have 14 days from the day after you receive your order to return it, even if the package is unopened. This is your Right of Withdrawal under Dutch law.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • You’ll need proof of purchase.

 Eligible for return:

  • Art pieces
  • Candles
  • Home decor

Please remember that at GINALADÉCO, our pieces are made by hand and require careful packaging when returning them to ensure they arrive back safely.

  Not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards (non-refundable, valid only on ginaladeco.com)
  • Personalized items (like custom stamps)

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@ginaladeco.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return (optional for change of mind, required for damages)
    • Photos (if the item is damaged)
  2. We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide return instructions.

3. Items Damaged During Delivery

If your order is damaged upon arrival, we’ll sort it out for you.

  • What to do:
    1. Take photos of the damaged item and its packaging.
    2. Contact us immediately at info@ginaladeco.com.

If the package looks damaged when delivered, please do not sign for it. Let the courier know and contact us right away.

We’ll arrange for:

  • A repair
  • A replacement
  • Or a full refund—whichever you prefer

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If returning due to change of mind:
    You’re responsible for the return shipping, even if the package is unopened. Once we receive and inspect the item in its original condition, we’ll issue a refund.
  • If the item is faulty or damaged:
    We’ll cover all return shipping costs and send you a replacement or offer a refund, depending on your preference. Please send us photos of the damaged item and its packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • For large or heavy items (like large artworks):
    If the item is difficult to return on your own and is eligible for a refund or repair, we’ll arrange and cover the collection.

5. Refunds & Processing Times

  • We aim to process refunds, repairs, or replacements within 5 business days of receiving your request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive your refund within 5 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Your Rights as a Customer

We follow all consumer rights under Dutch law, ensuring you’re fully protected with every purchase. This includes your Right of Withdrawal and your rights to refunds, repairs, and replacements for faulty or damaged products.
