When artificial intelligence (AI) first took the world by storm with ChatGPT, I was skeptical. I didn’t quite understand it, and it all felt overwhelming. Fast forward to today, and I honestly can’t imagine running my business without it. With countless AI tools out there today, I keep it simple in this workshop by using just my two go-to platforms: ChatGPT and Canva. Whether you're looking to create content faster, improve your writing, or enhance your visuals, I'll teach you how to maximize these tools without wasting hours behind your laptop.

As creatives, we put our hearts into our craft—whether it's making candles, water-based resin pieces, handmade jewelry, or whatever passion drives our business. But let’s be real: to grow our businesses, we also need to show up online, manage our website, and tackle our never ending to-do list. I used to dream of having a personal assistant to handle it all, but they take time to train, aren’t always available and can be costly.

And then I found my small business bestie ✨ ChatGPT ✨. At first, I wasn’t sure how it could help me but once I got the hang of it, it became my go-to for everything. It won’t pour candles or run errands, but it can streamline every other aspect of your small business. In this workshop, I’ll show you how to let it do the heavy lifting, so you can spend less time writing & planning and more time creating.

What I will be talking & teaching about:

ChatGPT

• Inserting the right prompts to plan your weeks, stay productive, and find back your motivation on off-days (yes girlies, I know—and I have them too).
• Writing flawless content, even if English isn’t your first language (think professional emails, collaboration pitches, product descriptions for your website, and more).
• Streamlining your content planning and creation to avoid overwhelm (let ChatGPT help you generate captions, brainstorm ideas, and map out your social media strategy effortlessly).
• Managing incoming emails and DMs by replying in a way that still sounds like you—because in the end, you're talking to your loyal customers, and they shouldn’t feel like they're chatting with an AI robot. Learn how to stay authentic while letting AI help you streamline the process.

Canva

• Editing photos like a pro by removing distractions and enhancing your visuals.
• Adding new elements to your photos that weren’t even there before (perfect for creating eye-catching website and social media content).
• A few non-AI editing tips that I swear by. These might not ‘officially’ be AI, but they’re helpful for refining your visuals and making your content stand out.

After the workshop, you’ll receive a clear and easy-to-follow guide summarizing all the key points we’ve covered, making it simple to review everything at your own pace. To keep things relaxed and easy for everyone, only my camera will be on, so you won’t be on camera. The workshop will be held in English.
